Brunswick

This is a large drumhead cabbage that is very cold hardy. A fall/winter type cabbage, it stores very well.  About 90 days to harvest.
 
Brunswick cabbage performs well in cooler climates and is perfect for making sauerkraut due to its flavorful, crisp leaves. This variety prefers cool spaces and ample, even moisture.
